Our display portrays an outpost along the pilgrimage route to Jerusalem and includes knights from various holy orders: the Knights Templar, Knights Hospitaller of St John, Knights of Lazarus, pilgrim knights, and a nun from the Hospitallers order of St. John of Jerusalem.

Our primary mission is to educate and engage the public of all ages through talks and demonstrations covering the Crusades, the different knightly orders, their arms and armour, the medical treatments of the early Middle Ages-including the contrasts between Western and Eastern practices-and authentic period cooking and camp life
